ken Waschsberger

Ken Wachsberger, founder of Azenphony Press Writing and Editing, is a long-time author, editor, educator, and political organizer.

He has written, edited, and lectured widely on writing for healing and to preserve your legacy, the Holocaust and Jewish resistance during World War II, the First Amendment, the Vietnam era, writing in the electronic age, copyright, teachers’ and writers’ rights, the I-Search paper, puns, and how to keep sane as a support person for a partner who has breast cancer.

He is one of the foremost scholars on the underground press of the Vietnam era.

Ken’s latest book is his memoir, Thumbs Up: Memoir of a Joyful Organizer.

He is a contract advisor with the National Writers Union and co-founder of NWU’s academic writers’ caucus.
